- Individual appointment with a personal trainer designed to help you discover all the features and programs at the YMCA, and establish your health and wellness goals! You have two appointments available that are customizable to your needs and interests including equipment orientation, group exercise classes, personal training, nutrition, and more.

- Evolt Consultation
- Curious about your body composition? Want to get answers on how to meet your goals? Use this appointment to have one of our wellness coaches walk you through your Evolt Scan and explain all of the results.
- Youth Fitness Training
- This FREE class is a requirement for all youth age 10-13 wanting to use the wellness center.
